These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Heyv Fine Jewelry website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products

We sell handcrafted fine jewellery including rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour, texture, and natural stone characteristics may occur due to the handmade nature of our pieces.

Many items are made to order. Production time is typically 10–21 business days before shipping, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

3. Orders & contract

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud).

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.

5. Custom & bespoke orders

For bespoke or custom designs, you are responsible for providing accurate specifications (ring size, metal choice, stone preferences). Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled. A deposit may be required for high-value bespoke work.

6. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

7. Returns & refunds

Our Returns & Refund Policy applies. Made-to-order and personalised items are subject to the exceptions described there.

8. Warranty & authenticity

Each Heyv piece includes a certificate of authenticity. We warrant that items are free from manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, and branding on this website are owned by Heyv Fine Jewelry and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

11. Governing law & disputes
