Heyv Fine Jewelry ships handcrafted pieces across the European Union and selected international destinations.
1. Processing time
Because our jewellery is made to order, please allow 10–21 business days for production before your order is dispatched. You will receive an email when your order ships.
During busy periods (holidays, Valentine's Day, Christmas), processing times may be longer. We will notify you if delays are expected.
2. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to all EU member states. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us before ordering.
3. Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over €150 within the EU
- Orders under €150: shipping calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Express shipping available at checkout (additional cost)
4. Delivery times (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
5. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (where available).
6. Customs & import duties
Orders shipped within the EU generally incur no additional customs charges. For orders outside the EU, import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
7. Delivery address
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect addresses. Re-shipping due to customer error may incur additional charges.
8. Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or upon receipt. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Insurance
All orders are shipped with insurance appropriate to the value of the jewellery.
